Wyoming

Wyoming was the 44th State to enter the Union on July 10, 1890. The National Park Service manages ten National Park Units. There are eight National Forests and multiple Bureau of Land Management areas. The State has the honor of listing the first national park – Yellowstone, the first national forest – Shoshone, and the first national monument – Devils Tower. There are also two federally recognized Native Tribal Nations within its borders.
