Over the years I have made a point of providing meals that satisfy, nourish, energize and are very tasty. Here you will find some of my, and my clients, favorites.
As a basis, all my meals are vegetarian. Although they are not listed as such, each one can be substituted with a plant based meat. Additionally, I use wheat based bread which can be substituted with gluten free.
